Memory, connection, something beyond sheer recollection, a reclamation of the brokenness and fragility of finding meaning. Repetition and interlacing nature and geometric pattern placing it against an atmospheric world of textured painting. Building enclosed forms from reclaimed wood, natural materials and an array of left overs -- beads, shells, insects and the leavings from my father's watch repair days.
